As a certified Precision Nutrition Level 1 Coach, I am here to guide, support and mentor you on your journey to a lifetime of healthy habits and sustainable nutrition.
I believe that the two most important factors in healthy nutrition are consistency and sustainability. The best results come from making small changes and executing manageable tasks on a regular basis over a long period of time. Nutrition is not a quick fix, but rather a lifelong journey. Short term diets that deprive you of necessary nutrients and are built upon strict rules, only lead to further regression down the road. I want to encourage you to shift your mindset from seeking a quick fix to viewing nutrition as a lifelong process.

What the program includes:
One on ONe coaching
My approach to nutrition coaching is personalized. Every individual is unique in their experiences, lifestyles, limiting factors and reality. Coaching one on one allows for me to account for these factors and create an experience that is best suited for you, where you currently are in your life and journey with nutrition.
48 hour response time
You will have the option to contact your coach via text message or email for quick questions, accountability or inquiries. I will respond within 48 hours of your initial message. You will be in direct contact with your coach to ensure a personalized experience and optimized success.
As your coach, I am fully invested in your journey and your success. Accountability is a major component to being successful in progressing towards your goals. Whether you need daily reminders, compliance checklists, exercise encouragement, or task check-ins, I will provide the direct support you need to best help you stay on track.
CUstomized meal plans
Your nutrition plan will be customized to you, based on your specific goals, lifestyle and experiences. Some individuals will be best suited for a very specific macronutrient prescription, others may excel with more flexible meal plans and varied food options. Some individuals may begin with focusing on smaller tasks like increasing protein intake and reducing processed carbohydrate intake.
weekly coach check-ins
Check-ins with your coach will occur once per week for approximately 20 minutes. This check in can occur in person, over the phone, via email or FaceTime. This is an opportunity to ensure we are progressing, answer any specific or detailed questions, check in with how you are managing the tasks assigned to you, determine whether to continue on this specific path or adapt if necessary. Check-ins are an opportunity to share with your coach exactly how you are feeling, what you are finding success with and what you may be struggling with. From check-ins, we are able to take next steps and continue towards your goals.
personal face to face INITIAL meeting
Our first meeting will take place in person and last for one hour. The goal for this is to get to know your experience with nutrition, establish your goals and identify your strengths as well as limiting factors. Meeting face to face will allow us to better get to know you and your experiences, and plan for your personalized success. You have the option to meet in person for check ins if that is what works best for you.
To ensure you are progressing and moving towards your goals, we will have several progress indicators. These may include, but are not limited to: weight tracking, body measurements, photos, performance indicators such as energy levels, sleep quality and performance in your sport or activity, mindset changes, and several others.
